Adonis let's him fight because it's his guilty way of trying to redeem himself to his friend. It's not his responsibility for Damian to win or not. He probably assumes he's going to lose but he's doing what Dame wants him to do. That's like a clear motivation. He lies to the Canelo Alvarez character and his mom...internal conflict and all that.
Oh my how I sympathize with Peter. On multiple occasions, I have visited French restaurants in the US, and have had to teach the bartenders how to serve pastis. Pastis. In French restaurants. Pastis. Literally the simplest and most French cocktail in existence, one that is consumed millions of times a day in France.
Either I'm an unobservant Philistine, or all of my local theaters are above par. But I have zero complaints. I have never noticed a problem with a screening. And the theaters I attend are clean. My only beef is with long lines at the counter. But I've only seen one movie in a theater since 2019 so maybe this is a recent problem that I've totally avoided.
